To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability in connection with the services will be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific requested services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, methodologies, and working papers provided to you remain our property (or are used with appropriate rights) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
