2. Reliance on your information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate documents and data (including primary documents, contracts, invoices, payment records, and any communications relevant to accounting). We rely on the materials you provide to prepare or support accounting records and audit preparation. If input is incomplete or inaccurate, results may be affected.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Certsynergyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including decisions made by you or by competent authorities, counterparties, or other third parties.

4. Consumer and e-commerce information (Ukraine)

For a distance/online arrangement, we provide identification information about the provider before concluding a distance contract, as required by: Про захист прав споживачів, Стаття 17. Право споживача на інформацію у разі укладення договору поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням або дистанційного договору.

We also ensure that other participants/competent authorities have direct, simple, stable access to specific provider identification information, as required by: Про електронну комерцію, Стаття 7. Правовий статус продавця (виконавця, постачальника) товарів, робіт, послуг в електронній комерції.
